Jill Haney is an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer. She has been in the fitness industry since 1995. Additionally, she is a certified Functional Training Specialist.
Jill has trained and worked with a wide range of client populations, from post-rehab, senior, youth, corrective exercise and everyone in between. She is a fitness professional that provides safe, fun, and effective environments to help people improve their relationship with exercise through client assessment, program design and coaching with understanding and empathy.
Jill feels that when you have a positive experience with exercise, you will have a positive and healthy relationship with exercise.
